Bad customer service
Bought a c29 from amazon and found much to like about the bike, particularly at the price point. However, after about 9 mths the motor burnt out and I needed to invoke their warrenty. Unfortunately, despite repeated emails I just got standard replies which were no help. Eventually, I went back through amazon, who first informed the company had come off their platform, and then that they were no longer answering emails. Fortunately, amazon themselves refunded the purchase price in full, but I cannot recommend Duotts because of their failings.
