I ordered a squishy dog nose and what came was a hard rubber that poorly resembled a nose barely attached to a Perspex picture of my dog and the brown wasn’t brown in was more of a terracotta colour; poorly made and nothing like it was sold to be like. I would like to point out I have not been contacted by them, I was contacted when I was questioning the delay in the dates they were giving me for delivery but that is the only contact they have had with me. My issue wasn't written for the delay my issue was written because of the product not being what it was made out to be and of very poor quality; so much so that I threw them out on the day that I got them.
