Cool designs, poor quality
On the plus side, FishNEO's designs are cool, and their customer service is quite responsive. On the minus side, their shipping is exceptionally slow - it took them two weeks to actually ship my order, and over another week to reach me. Per their website, they will not guarantee that any details of their products are actually accurate. I ordered a tank top that was listed as being "100% cotton"; but it was polyester. Two other shirts I ordered were probably a poly-cotton blend - they do not have tags describing the composition of the garment. When I complained, they said I could return the garments for a refund - at my own cost, and my own risk - or get 20% off my next order. Why would I place another order when I can't even be sure of what I'm ordering? Unless you are OK with "fast fashion" quality garments, I would recommend against ever ordering from Fishneo.
