This was my first time ordering, and I expected everything to ship together from one location. Instead, the company appears to act as a middleman, sourcing products from different places. I ordered three bottles, and they arrived on three separate days from three different locations in the U.S.—one from New Jersey and two from different cities in California. Two of the shipments didn’t require an adult signature and were simply left on my doorstep, which is concerning because it makes it easy for minors to receive these items with just a credit card. As for packaging, each bottle came in a large box with thin bubble wrap and plenty of oversized brown paper. The protection wasn’t great—you could hear the bottle sliding around inside the box when tipping it. Honestly, I’m surprised none of them broke during transit. Overall, the products arrived intact (luckily), but the shipping process and packaging could definitely be improved.
