Product not suitable
I ordered a triple socket which took ages to arrive as it came from China, not the UK or Germany as I was led to believe by the website. So if you order from this company, bear in mind you are dealing with a Chinese seller. The item is not of the quality I expected and arrived scratched straight out of the box. I wanted to install this above our kitchen worktop and immediately realised that it will look even worse after a few weeks’ use (inserting a metal plug inevitably scratches a socket more). My electrician commented that the metal frame of the socket has no earth wire connection. This is a requirement in the UK. I emailed the company within 5 mins of receipt of the goods to say I want to return. Initially I did not get a response but when I left a review here, somebody got in touch with me via Whatsapp. They were very polite and helpful and refunded me straight away. I summary, I cannot recommend this particular product but their customer service is very good.
