I make an order on 29/10/2018
I make an order on 29/10/2018. It say that my order will reach me on 10/11/2018. However, as of now, status still show as pending shipment. I'm not sure what happen. But now, I cannot contact them via any of the communication - email, facebook. I want my refund if they cannot provide me the thing I buy
