The worst company products and customer service you can imagine
I am writing this updated review after using MateBook X pro 2020 laptop for around a year from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the battery quality which was very good during the first months of use. Now it is not last more than 3 hr for only browsing and typing and lesser than this for watching videos. I contacted Hawaii and sent my laptop for them twice! they claimed me that they has replaced the battery for me . However the problem is still persists, I contacted them to riase a complaint about this problem and they have kept me on waiting since more than two weeks , claiming they are waiting the repair reports from their repairer. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I would not recommend anyone to buy this laptop. Don't waste your money on bad quality products with bad customers services.
