用户怎么说

Poor quality bad customer suport

I am extremely disappointed with the HUAWEI WATCH 5 42mm LTE. I have owned this watch since it was first released, and it is still less than two years old. The battery lasts only around 8–9 hours, even with Always-On Display switched off. The battery life remains just as poor regardless of whether Battery Swing Mode is enabled. My wife mainly wears the watch as a watch and does not use it to make or receive phone calls. A battery that barely lasts a working day is completely unacceptable for a premium smartwatch. The watch has already been sent to Huawei for inspection, but it was returned with exactly the same problem. The battery life has not improved at all. Huawei advertises up to 3 days of typical battery life for the 42mm model in Standard mode and up to 5 days of typical usage in Battery Saver mode. Actual results depend on usage, but 8–9 hours under our conditions is nowhere near the advertised performance. For a relatively new watch in this price range, this is extremely disappointing. I expected much better quality and reliability, and the fact that the first service inspection failed to resolve the issue has made the experience even worse. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience. Update: Huawei contacted me and said they found other issues with the watch, but claimed there’s nothing wrong with the battery. The watch came back to me and still lasts only about 8 to 9 hours, yet Huawei insists everything is fine with the battery.

Huawei Watch D2 - locked out of my own health data. Three different excuses, no fix. Ticket 241843.

TITLE: Huawei Watch D2 - locked out of my own health data. Three different excuses, no fix. Ticket 241843. I own a Huawei Watch D2 and use the Huawei Health app. I export my health data regularly through the official "Request Your Data" process, always the same way: log in with the email account the watch is registered to, pass email verification, select the data, set a password for the file, submit. It worked every time. I hold successful exports from 6 July, 25 July, 6 August and 21 August 2026. For weeks now, every new request fails instantly with: "Request unsuccessful. The system was unable to process your data request. Please submit a new request." The error screen always shows the same "request submitted" time, 20 August 2026, no matter what day I submit. Retry returns the same screen. A date that never updates is a fault on their servers, not on my phone or watch. I contacted Aspiegel Technical Service (Huawei's European service company) by chat and ticket 241843 was opened on 21 September 2026. Since then their engineering team has given three different explanations: 1. I was using an expired download link and should delete it in the Privacy Center. There is no link there to delete. 2. They have no record of any request from me after 20 August. I have submitted many. If their server has not recorded them, that is the fault. 3. My file password did not meet their complexity rules. The app accepted the password and let me proceed, and the request they blamed was the one I downloaded successfully on 21 August. Three explanations, each contradicting the last, and none accounting for the frozen 20 August date their own app displays. I have asked them to check the server logs for my account and reset the stuck request. As of 7 October 2026: no fix, no timescale. My advice: think hard before buying a Huawei health device if you depend on getting your data out. The watch records it, but the company controls it. When their export breaks, you are left begging for your own data and waiting.

GT6 Pro not working as advertised and local help desk unhelpful

I purchased the very latest Huawei GT6 Pro smartwatch because it was advertised as a model that could analyse my heartbeat and detect atrial fibrillation. However, for some reason, it is unable to work below 50bpm or above 110bpm. As A-Fib is generally above 120 BPM, when I suspect a-Fib and try to use the ECG analysis, the watch says it cannot detect anything at that heart rate. I wrote to Huawei explaining the issue and suggesting that they update their software so that it could detect across a wider range, and instead of answering the question, they kept ignoring my side of the conversation and spamming with notes saying 'if you don't respond we're closing this query'. They closed it, and asked me to survey their company. Well, read it here. If someone from Huawei gets in touch, happy to update my view of the company here.

Customer support in Uk nonexistent.

Devices I own: 2025 laptop and Watch D2 with blood pressure monitoring capabilities. I contacted them many times about laptop and d2 watch-not single replay. While I appreciate these gadgets, support for them is virtually nonexistent. The D2 watch comes with three straps—small and large variants that incorporate airbags for blood pressure measurement, and a single standard strap, which is a positive aspect. However, when an airbag malfunctions, Huawei offers no replacement parts. I've attempted to contact them on multiple occasions, but have received no response whatsoever. Consequently, any warranty becomes effectively void, as they simply disregard communication. The device itself is of high caliber, yet the dearth of customer support makes it exceedingly difficult to endorse any Huawei products. This strikes me as a peculiar strategy. Such an approach will undoubtedly hinder their sales momentum. I was prepared to purchase a replacement, even though the device is still under warranty. Losing the airbag strap means forfeiting its most crucial feature.

Huawei D2 by far is a superior watch.

Bought Huawei D2 Smart Watch from Huawei website, total satisfaction and the delivery was second to none, after months months of searching and comparing the D2 by far is the winner. I can not say enough about how advanced the D2 watch and it is superior to any in the market.

Huawei service center to reset inverter…

Huawei service center to reset inverter (solar panels) login details is hosted in Rumania. this call agent was REALLY rude on the phone. she didn't let finish talking and told me to shut up. at the end of the call I just asked friendly if she has my e-mailaddress to send me the detailed list. She answered rude yes I have it in the ticket and closed the call. NEVER CALL to this service center again and for others, please think before buying this technology. I had done the reset by myself after calling local techniciens. 1 STAR is still TOO much for this company! let's say -5 stars would fit better....

My experience with Huawei’s warranty…

My experience with Huawei’s warranty service has been terrible. I own a Huawei Band 8 sports watch, and one of the strap hinges broke completely. For a product marketed as a sports watch, the build quality is shockingly bad—it couldn’t even handle normal use. When I contacted support to claim the warranty, they refused to cover it. The fact that a fitness band can’t withstand basic wear and tear, yet isn’t protected under warranty, is ridiculous. Even when the support agent offered a £10 discount as a "solution," it felt like a slap in the face. I’m done with Huawei. Their after-sales service is awful, and I won’t be buying their products again. Save yourself the hassle and avoid them.

This watch is a waste of mony

Everything, no instructions had to find them on the net Nothing gave an accurate readings, as a diabetic my blood sugar readings have to be accurate ,I compered the readings the wat gave to my very accurate readings on my machine then the battery would not charge the watch,I tried to contact the noes I found for the. No reply, tried to email emails bounced back,it's literally just give up. Pushing for a refund through PAYPAL

Terrible customer service, no complaint policy, not part of any Ombudsman

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the condition of my laptop after it was returned to me by your company. I sent my Huawei to your repair centre through Huawei company 2 weeks ago. I received the quotation for the repair (£655) FROM SBE but I decided not to proceed because the laptop cost £599 four years ago. I requested that my laptop be sent back to me in its original condition - unrepaired. However, when I received my Huawei laptop today, I was shocked to find it in a completely different and unacceptable state. The laptop, which was in good working condition when I sent it, is now severely damaged, with several parts inside missing an others broken and it is not starting anymore. So why did they dismantle and broke the whole laptop when I signed the paper to send me the laptop unrepaired. I complained to them many times, its oy some Adrian replying all the time saying they do not have any managers in the office, they do not have any complaint policy and they do not have any telephone numbers as well and the headquarters address that he sent me shows pernamently closed on Google. PEOPLE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEIR WEBSITE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY LIE.

Joke of a return process

Joke of a return process Seriously there shoud be a 0 star option. They don’t have a return request button, no phone number for customer service, no way of requesting a return except for sending an email and waiting for a response, it’s been 3 days, no response yet.

Terrible

Terrible, bought the GT watch 5 with a free offer of buds, dpd emailed me to let me know 2 hours beforehand they will be delivering it, naturally, I was at work and didn't see the email until later that night. Contacted dpd who said I wasn't in and they've already packaged it to be sent back and they couldn't undo it, after a few hours! No number to call Huawei so having to converse via email, however, they take a day to get back to you, we have been conversing over 5 days as to what should be a 1 min email. And they won't return it back to me, will only refund me, and now the watch price has gone up and no longer offer of free buds and they wont give me this offer. Outrageous. Still waiting for my refund now.

very bad services

I bought a watch that never arrived, it was returned by the company that should have made the delivery and I even paid for delivery over the weekend and the purchase was made on Black Friday, the only solution they had was to give me the money back and never the chance to return the purchase to me for the price I initially purchased. I spoke to Huawei by email and there was no other possibility of speaking to someone over the phone and they simply responded to the email as if the customer were completely stupid. When I tried to give my review with the amount of bad reviews I even think they did me a favor by not selling me the product... I will never buy a product from this company, NEVER!!!!

Worst experience ever.

One of the worst decisions I've made is that I bought two Huawei GT3 pro watches for myself and my wife and both of them have problems not turning on anymore. And as for customer service, I would say a real maze in terms of returning and repairing one of the watches it took me about 3-4 months. and they wouldn't accept the return of both watches at the same time you had to apply separately. In short, I would never advise anyone to buy there.
