Support doesn’t exist.
Purchased a V2 nanofoamer that accepts batteries. The power was intermittent, sometimes it wouldn’t be powerful enough to foam the milk, including stopping in the process and very rarely it was able to achieve the said result by the company. Spoke to them and apparently they couldn’t do anything about it. Wouldn’t refund, replace, nothing. For a high end purchase, build quality was awful, customer service awful and I won’t buy a product again from them. I urge you to avoid the company. Update: After having no choice but to try to fix it myself, I went ahead with making changes to the batteries, same issue. but placing foil inbetween the connectors on both '-' ends fixed it. The product is flawed, doesn't reach the batteries and they have the audacity to blame it on technique. Cheap shot.
