From start to finishAbsolutely incredible experience with CharterUp, and especially with our driver, Ben K.
From start to finish, Ben went above and beyond. He was exceptionally responsive, kept in close communication the entire evening, and made sure our group felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. His professionalism, punctuality, and calm presence made the night run seamlessly. Booking through CharterUp was equally smooth — the process was straightforward, the communication was clear, and everything happened exactly as promised. Between the ease of working with the company and the outstanding service from Ben, this was hands‑down one of the best transportation experiences we’ve had. I would absolutely book with CharterUp again and would request Ben every time.
