I was disappointed…….
I was disappointed to learn after our transaction, that you are a third party agent booking rooms at Home2 Suites. I also didn’t get to use my Hilton Honors benefits, but that’s in me not Dorje. I am also not happy that initially I was booking a king size bed, then for no clear, logical reason, I am now guaranteed a queen bed and a king bed may be offered. After a bit more research, I secured a phone number directly to Home2 in Temecula, and they have plenty of available rooms with King size beds. Dorje should have known that. If it would cost me more, he could have told me. And, on top of it all, I volunteered to pay an$99!fee to assure my ability to cancel the reservation for good cause. A reservation direct the hotel, costs nothing.
