order has not arrived
I ordered mine on June 20 and it's still not here. Plus, when they eailed me that there would be a delay last week I noticed the trackiing showed that it had cleared customs twice, and was with the USPS. That was a week ago and it's stillnot here. Once alerted that there was a customs stop, I did a little research and found it is manufactured in China. Their advertising made it seem like Kittysupps was an American product and it is not so we really don't know what we are getting. I am attempting to cancel my order now.
