A fall from grace
What started as a reputable company and quickly rose through the ranks of the vaping world has quickly fallen from that expectation. Cheaper parts, customer service non existent, warranty will only work under certain circumstances. So many problems at geekvape at the moment? Can they recover? If only they could read the room and see how badly the customer service is rather than posting the same generic message to everyone would be a start. The low ratings are warranted for this company I'm afraid. My advice to avoid the faulty devices/parts is rethink your purchase, geekvape is no longer at the top of the vaping chain, alot more companies have started overtaking them in the vaping world.
