Missing Important Parts!
I got the "2025 Flagship Max Space Insulated Cat House," and overall it is good, very sturdy, and pretty spacious. But then I noticed that one of the most important things in this package was missing, and that would be the actual electric heating pad (it is advertised everywhere on their ads). I sent them an email on 28 Sept and still got no answer. Their chatbot is also not helpful.
