The only positive about this product is that it's extremely simple to set up. Otherwise, it's basically a waste of time. I have had zero cats show interest in this condo. I have other condos which area cats frequent. More over, customer service is totally lacking. I've contacted them at least twice with questions about the use of cameras. Whereas their videos clearly show images of cats from within the condo my outdoor Wi-Fi camera will not function from within this structure. I've asked for advice or guidance and I've received no reply at all
I got the "2025 Flagship Max Space Insulated Cat House," and overall it is good, very sturdy, and pretty spacious.
But then I noticed that one of the most important things in this package was missing, and that would be the actual electric heating pad (it is advertised everywhere on their ads). I sent them an email on 28 Sept and still got no answer. Their chatbot is also not helpful.
I have three of these. Two bought from Amazon one from clawsible. The one from clawsible was short of some hardware. I got no response from them. I had go through PayPal to get a response. It took a month total to get replacement hardware. The cats seem to use them ok. However they are not completely waterproof. If it rains water builds underneath the top layer of canvas. I put thin fleece throws in them for comfort for the cats. They are always damp from the rain. There is always a musty smell. If you open the lid after a rain water pours out of the back. All three do the same thing. It's not cat pee. I've had these for over two years and the cats do use them. It would be a much better product if they were completely water repellent. You have to constantly clean them to prevent mildew. Use them in a covered area of cover with a tarp. The cats do seem to like them in dry weather.
I bought 2 of their cat houses. Within 3 days the price on both houses dropped $20 each--I wrote the company about my dissatisfaction never expecting to get a response let alone a refund--I got both immediately!!!! The integrity of this company is outstanding. Additionally, the quality of construction and materials used is fantastic and built to last in extreme weather conditions. I will definitely buy from this company again.
It is impossible to contact this company or purchase anything they sell, as there are no items for sale, I just wonder if they are a scam... I have tried every way to contact them but it just isn't possible.
