The only positive about this product is…
The only positive about this product is that it's extremely simple to set up. Otherwise, it's basically a waste of time. I have had zero cats show interest in this condo. I have other condos which area cats frequent. More over, customer service is totally lacking. I've contacted them at least twice with questions about the use of cameras. Whereas their videos clearly show images of cats from within the condo my outdoor Wi-Fi camera will not function from within this structure. I've asked for advice or guidance and I've received no reply at all
