I purchased the twin air fryer in August. I've been very pleased with it until a couple of days ago when I tried to take out the divider so I could use it as a single oven. It was completely stuck and took a lot of effort to remove it, the result of which was deep score marks in the metal underneath. Trying to get it back again proved very difficult too. It was fine when I first put the divider in - it moved very freely. I've contacted customer service who were initially quick to respond and asked me to send a photo of the middle section, which I did. Since then I've heard nothing. I need this sorting asap either with a refund or replacement please.
