Disappointing Hysapienta air fryer and dismal customer service response…
My 24litre oven trips the Household RCD. Three years old but rarely used because it is not much better ( in performance or energy consumption)than my conventional fan oven.
I approached HY sapienta saying that the unit was a poor performer and not fit for purpose. I complained about the RCD tripping that suggested an earth fault,
The compan responed by saying simply it's out of warranty, and they were not going to help, ignoring my assertion that the unit was inherently faulty at the point of manufacture and pointing to the plethora of tripping events reported on line. I
I moaned again and the manufacturer suggested that I return the unit to China for them to decide how much it would cost to repair or accept a 15% discount on a new unit.
Needless to say I declined both offers
I was late to the air fryer game and didn't start using one until a couple years ago.
My first purchase was a boutique MLM air fryer, and it was an oven style model. It bit the dust last year, and I needed to find one with a similar style.
Enter Hysapienta.
I saw Chef Rick using it on his show and wondered if that would fit my style of cooking. As a matter of fact, it did, quite smashingly.
I make roasted vegetables for authentic salsa in my Hysa, along with the flakiest strudel. It makes incredible roasted pork tenderloin, as well as a mean general tso's chicken.
This oven is so versatile.
I can dehydrate orange slices that have been soaked in clove, or make an incredible pizza. From baking to roasting, to making some fries and nuggets for the kids, this oven does it all for us. It typically holds fairly true to box directions from frozen items as well and can make everything from toast to casseroles while not heating up your kitchen. When you live where temperatures regularly go above 100°F in the summer, that is a major plus.
This oven is easy to clean, including the door, comes with multiple different inserts and is compact enough to fit most kitchens. You will need to have the correct size pans to bake with it, but those can easily be found either locally or online.
This oven is bigger than most airfryers and makes it possible for me to cook a larger amount in one go. Yet, it takes up about the same amount of counterspace as my last air fryer.
I have used my particular model now for 9 months and have been very satisfied.

Quickness of receiving air fryer. Also had a query regarding English Instructions and cookbook as not included in package. Replied within 48 hours with downloadable PDF files for both.
I'd give them 0 stars if possible. Spent over 150 on an air fryer oven. It went wrong in less than 6 months so I contacted them for help. They totally dismissed me. They stalled over and over asking for more i formation each time, they requested a video of the product and the issues, which I sent. They then said the video I sent was not of the product and therefore they can't do anything. They lied over and over again. I am now in the process of seeking professional advice on what I can do. And I have no doubt they will reply to this review saying I didn't contact them.

I purchased No response from company after oven faultan oven from this company…
I purchased an oven from this company via Amazon in November 2023. Unfortunately, the dial/knob has stopped working. I contacted them with photos and a video to ask about the warranty and advise on how to fix it if this is out of warranty, as I absolutely love the oven. I've not even had it two years, which is not ideal for the dial to stop responding. I haven’t received any reply yet
It’s disappointing not to receive support. If they respond or resolve this, I’ll be happy to update my review.

They have a great customer service , bought an item which proved to be out of stock for at least a month . They returned my payment with out me asking and told me when it was back in stock. Had a small problem with UK addressing, one email and all sorted .
Excellent air fryer.
I needed to contact customer service. When they received my message, they replied promptly and resolved the issue quickly, and up to my expectations.
I bought the air fryer from amazon January 2024. Initially I thought it was a great, after 4 or 5 months it just stopped working. I contacted the company via WhatsApp who promptly replaced it. Now again after 5 months it's stopped working but this time customer service have completely ignored my complaint. Eventually I contacted Amazon who have refunded me and told me that they no longer sell this item because of continuing problems. If you are thinking of purchasing one my advice is don't by a better know make.
I purchased the twin air fryer in August. I've been very pleased with it until a couple of days ago when I tried to take out the divider so I could use it as a single oven. It was completely stuck and took a lot of effort to remove it, the result of which was deep score marks in the metal underneath. Trying to get it back again proved very difficult too. It was fine when I first put the divider in - it moved very freely. I've contacted customer service who were initially quick to respond and asked me to send a photo of the middle section, which I did. Since then I've heard nothing. I need this sorting asap either with a refund or replacement please.
