Need to improve customer service and app - it's in chinese sometimes and needs to be in full english
Tried sending INR money via UPI collection. The transfer should be done in minutes, but it didn't and as I asked after some hours, they said there was a problem with the collection account, and asked me to change it. I changed it and they said it takes 1-2 business days. After 2 days I follow up and still they say they have a problem with the new UPI account too. They don't issue refunds immediately and take 14 days. Now, I used ACH and they processed it immediately.
