Cheap airlines, cheap experience Booking flow is the worst. I'm never able to use their app or website to buy tickets for their flights. What a loss of revenue and clearly no one in management oversees this shitty bureacratic product team. I almost always end up buying on 3rd party travel sites and pay more, as I can't get through the flow on their website and app. Overall flying experience is basic. It's a low cost, low value experience. gets you from point A to point B, with some delays. End of story. Nothing else to see here.
