Total lack of effort on their part. Avoid Total lack of effort on their part to fulfil my order I ordered three spools of Sunlu filament. Shipping from the UK warehouse that had the stock as was stated online After more than a week and no delivery or tracking no as promised. I emailed customer support for an update. No reply! Emailed again, No reply! Emailed again telling them I was going to request a charge back from my bank Reply was "i think it's delayed cuz the holiday and something wrong system running on our warehouse" Told them OK and gave them a week to reply. Emailed again and the said a tracking number would be issued within 24hrs. Tracking number was received two days later. Yahayyy! Not so. Order arrived over a month ofter ordering and it contained nothing that I had ordered No Sunlu products at all, really disappointed I wanted to review their filament. Let down by their service. I can only advise to avoid at all cost.
