Remi offers a good alternative for protecting your teeth
I liked that Remi had a pretty simple at-home process to make impressions and receive new grinding guards to replace my old one after some dental work. I had difficulty getting a good impression for my top row of teeth but they were helpful to offer 2 bottom sets instead. So rest assured, customer service tries their best to help you throughout the process of you reach out to them. The only hick up I had was ordering the Rush Processing after the initial purchase. It wasn't applied correctly to my original order so I was disappointed that my final guards would take at least 11+business days to ship after they received my impressions. But customer service refunded the rush fee quickly and shaved off a few days from the regular processing timeline which I really appreciate. Including shipping times back and forth and without rush processing, I am not sure if they save you much time compared to the dentist office options but it's hard to imagine 2 sets of guards costing less! And so far, so good on the quality of the final product.
