As a UK buyer my experience is postive!
I don't know if my experience is so different to all these negative ones because I'm in the UK rather than the US or perhaps because I don't need to return....? I stumbled upon the S.Deer shop in Paris by accident and loved the clothes, very much my style and in that price point and quality area above High St but not quite Designer either. I bought a couple of dresses. after trying on half the shop. The one I wanted the most was out of stock in my size sadly. So I thought about buying online but the reviews on here and Google put me off for a while. Eventually I decided to risk it. I ordered the one item just to see and it arrived within 7 days , fully tracked the whole way and it is the same dress I tried on in the shop (except in my size ofc). The quality is good. Yes it's made in China but it's not fast fashion trash quality, the fabrics are really good and the finish is excellent. I don't find the sizes to be mean and they seem to match to the size charts on the website. I'll definitely be buying again.
