I purchased tickets in advance for SkyHelix Sentosa, but when I arrived and tried to use them, the scanner showed that they had already expired. I had no choice but to buy new tickets on the spot. I provided all the evidence, including the booking confirmation, proof of the replacement purchase, and a photo of the scanner showing the tickets as expired. Despite this, I never received any response from customer service. In fact, there appears to be no real customer support at all. Only an AI chatbot that is unable to resolve issues. This is unacceptable when customers are requesting assistance and refunds for legitimate problems.
