Didn't really have a good customer service for when things went wrong.
Booking process is pretty easy and quick. The price and experience selections are quite competitive to other sites and I love that we can use our Singapore airline points for these.
However contacting customer service is really hard because I was stuck in a loop of bots and couldn't get out and didn't hear back as promised (24hrs response from a real human).
All and all, recommended for refundable services but not others because help is not going to come even when you need it.
Easy to use, provide information to book and payment. Fulfillment of service was also good. Perhaps a suggestion for any day trips should also indicate all itinerary as half of the stops were not listed and were sort of "shopping" stops BUT they were not overly irrelevant or bad.
Detailed info on the installation and setup of the eSIM. Easy to add additional data package once activated. A useful perk when flying on Singapore Airlines.
Generally, easy to book the airport limousine from Toyosu (Tokyo) to Narita airport.
Issue voucher and i just needed to click on the voucher link to set up my booking
I wanted to cancel my booking but it was revealed to be non-cancelleable. This was NOT made known to me when I was booking. Also, they said i get 24/7 support as an Elite Silver Krisflyer member but it was not true. I needed help at night and the AI just said they are offline.
