I brought a Doogee phone and after a few months started to get blank screen. I contacted the company and they told me to do factory reset and that should fix the issue. Unfortunately, it didn't. I have been trying to contact them since but they don't reply. So I have a phone that I can't use and have wasted my money.. As Doogee is not a UK company the 1 year warranty by law doesn't apply. This has been a bad experience and would advice others to beware of buying from Doogee where you don't have a warranty if they phone fails within 1 year. I hope Doogee see this message and look to fix this issue and can update a positive note.
