Fraud alert
Fraud alert. Do not order from this company under any circumstances. They shipped the wrong size, then flatly refused to accept a return of their own mistake. We bought a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift. The package arrived late, and since it was a present we didn’t open it until Christmas Day. At that point we discovered the issue—yet they still refused to take the item back or even offer store credit. Their customer service is astonishingly bad: unhelpful, inflexible, and completely indifferent to the customer. Proceed at your own risk. A business run this poorly has no business operating and should lose its license.
