Really impressed with speed and responsiveness
I was very happy with my experience ordering from Vacuum Direct! I actually misplaced the tracking number and emailed them about it shortly after my purchase. I got a response from their customer service persons almost immediately with the number. Woohoo! Plus i got the vacuum that I ordered in less than 3 full business days when I was expecting it in 5. Now that's service!
