I received an email from their President & CEO as a follow-up on my purchase a few days later after I got my luggage (a regular carry on): and I was like, noo waay, I was wow-ed that he took time to actually email a complete stranger for just buying a small luggage online. That’s so very human, and a mark of a true leader. I wrote back with my only concern: the color of the received luggage is somewhat off the photo/image depicted on their website: I got light blue, but the website shows deep-blue (The color plainly states “blue” but the image/photo on the web is deep-blue, while the actual product that I got is light blue). He was humbly willing to accept the return. But I also like the “blue” they sent, so I kept it. This is definitely a great and a respectable place to shop: just having an actual person contact you (and via their real specific email (not generalized company email), and even with their specific phone numbers, is a mark a great customer service, and soo genuine. I will shop again.
