This a follow up to my previous review. I ordered a set of four carbon fiber props for my Phantom 4 on December 16. What arrived were two props, not four. Additionally the quality was subpar, and do not even appear to be new. It is now nine emails later notifying Drone World of the error and I still do not have any response. Phone calls are ineffective. The first call message said they could not answer because of heavy volume, followed by a hang up. Second call on Jan. 3 got a message requesting name, phone number and order number, and they would call back. I provided that information, but never got a call back. The first time I posted this complaint, Drone World responded to this site saying they would correct the error if I emailed Brennan at Drone World with my order number. I did that and Brennan read the email 9 minutrs later, but now several days later, no response. If you are thinking of buying a drone or drone accessories, I'd advise looking elsewhere. Also advise checking online reviews first. You will learn a lot about Drone World. As a further observation, they are having numerous sales and promotions, while they are abusing customers. All the earmarks of a company on the verge of bankruptcy.
