i had booked in redbus for KPN Travels…Bad
i had booked in redbus for KPN Travels from Chennai to Bangalore on 6th.actually i had booked for Multiaxile Volvo but they had provided a normal A/c sleeper. This is not the first time. Many times KPN Travels they do the same issues... When i called up to customer care response was very bad.. I personally advice not to travel in this type of travels..
