Super Slow to Process
Updated March 2026: Despite the initial communication issue that caused a long delay, I received my glasses and they are almost great. There was an issue with my progressive sunglasses and they have been amazing with customer service to try to fix it. Phyllis is very considerate and attentive and I know this company has the best intentions to make great glasses for their customers. It makes me extra happy because they do have the most interesting designs and colors and lens option ( please offer premium progressives with wider field of vision soon! ) and I look forward to building my collection with Wherelight. Thanks so much Waited for 3 weeks for glasses and had paid for faster service.Finally wrote to them about my order and they asked for a copy of my prescription because there is an element that is unusual. I was upset they failed to contact me about a minor issue for 3 weeks and asked for a refund. At least they were able to handle that quickly. Too bad. I was really excited but I didn't have any confidence in them after that issue.
