Waiting 3 months for Creality Store to refund
Ordered a 3D printer in July 2024 with no delivery and the 90 day acceptance window timed out. Refund now! 31/10/24 Aliexpress refunded today after being told of the dispute a few days ago. Creality begged me to cancel the escalation and I think that Creality should be blocked. The aliexpress policy of having to wait 90 days or the expiration in order to escalate is ludicrous. There should be a help button on each page to talk to them. My questions to Creality took 2 entire months before ali got involved.
