Very harsh on gums and teeth. Returns not accepted.
Ordered Oclean AirPump A10 Water Flosser and didn't meet my expectations. Very harsh on my gums and teeth. Bled within seconds of use. Even the smooth mode was too harsh for my teeth. I asked them regarding return and they replied the following: In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to: “Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.” So if you don't like it get ready to waste £70. Of course if you don't like the packaging and return it unopened then of course you will get your refund. As it very well known that we buy dental products to judge them by their look of packaging and not their work. 😁 Order number OCG#1033210
