I have been using pixelfilmstudio for several years and am very satisfied overall. Some applications seem a little complicated to use, but overall I am very happy with the products. After updating my operating system, none of the plugins would work anymore. It was scary. Customer service responded by email within a few hours and helped me with clear and targeted instructions to get the problem under control. The solution ultimately took 10 minutes and everything is working again. Communication by email works exceptionally well, the employee on the other end was very friendly, and the problem was solved much faster than with many other service providers. Exemplary.
