Same deal took our money and haven't sent the Mavic Air with extras package. Order was placed on 12-21-18. No response. Trying to cancel the order and get a refund. SCAMMERS. They are still listed as an authorized dealer. They stated that I am the first to complain about Drone World. Everyone needs to make a call to them. I went to technical support and I am emailing the all of the emails (me trying to contact them) to: supportdji.com put the at symbol between support and dji. They dont allow email addresses in a post. Call and complain
