Well what can I NOT say. Amazing!!!
Well what can I NOT say. This company has made me feel like part of their family! I ordered a 120" ALR long throw screen, they warned me about Laser speckle with my projector and offered to send a sample (which I ignored, my stupid mistake). Anyway, the screen came as quickly as it could coming from China to the UK. It was delivered, packaged amazingly. The screen setup was quick, it is of very high quality, the motor is quiet! I can use my phone to set maximum height etc and raise and lower it if the remote isn't to hand! Amazing! But I should of got the UST screen and bought a UST projector instead then I wouldn't be worried about laser speckle! Do NOT ignore Vividstormscreen customer service! They are knowledgeable, polite and reply quickly (time zones taken into account!) I ordered a second, smaller screen for a second room which is close to delivery and I shall leave another glowing review for that as well I have no doubt!
