Frustrating Experience — Battery Swollen and No Support
I was initially happy with my Blackview Tab 18 when I bought it from their official store on Lazada Philippines last April 2024. But just a few days later, the battery swelled so badly that it pushed the screen out of the frame. Now the device is unusable and feels unsafe to even keep at home. What’s worse, I’ve been trying to reach out to Blackview’s after-sales support through their listed emails (joanna@ and germany@) and have received absolutely no response. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially when there’s no way to find a replacement battery or get reliable assistance. I expected better from a brand that sells globally. This experience has made me seriously reconsider buying any of their products again.
