I canceled two orders because I was charged & didn’t receive anything.
I canceled two orders because I was afraid they weren’t going to fulfill these two orders. Very dissatisfied with this whole ordering/pre-ordering process at Popinabox, I feel like I’ve been ripped off/scammed. Was charged on my card and I didn’t even receive anything for months even when the product is already released. I really don’t like the way this company does business it’s very stressful on the consumers part. This will be the last time I ever shop on Popinabox. I’d like to say it’s been fun collecting & all, but it’s been nothing but headaches and tons of damaged items, that come from the actual warehouse & are not even damaged from the shipping. Horrible packing especially for a company that is shipping highly sought after collectibles. These last two orders the spider-girl and the Venom on throne Funko Pops! that I had to cancel because of their errors in the system or whatever happened. That just really did it for me, to not want to shop here. Also spread the word to warn people of similar outcomes if they do shop here. This will happen. To me they are giving consumers false hope of receiving an item which isn’t a good look at all. I only give two stars because of the support representatives have always been nice. However the higher ups need to seriously take a look at how they treat orders and the people that place those orders, to treat them/their orders with much more urgency. I’m very upset I had to cancel them when I really didn’t want to. I was just very fed up of waiting, only to browse the site to find out the exact item I ordered is sold out & may not even ship to me ? I want to make sure I get the proper refund for these.
