Had trouble, but they made it right.
Edit: I did have some issues with the phone disappearing, but the company made it all right by paying me for the phone anyway. I was extremely grateful. So I revise my one star rating to five stars. Previous review: I sent my phone to these people six weeks ago and have heard nothing back. They keep texting me and telling me the engineers are working on evaluating my phone, but I have never had a process like this take this long with any other company – and I really am starting to think they are a scam. I’ve lost my phone, and I’ve lost the $380 that it was worth. Because it was a pristine phone – and I even sent it in with the case and the screen protector intact.
