I ordered the wrong size by mistake and contacted the customer service team to cancel. They responded immediately and asked what size I needed and they will replace the order with the correct size. However, as they did not have my size, they cancelled my order without any hassles. The customer support team member was "Angelina" and she was extremely helpful and understanding. Thank you!
