A most peculiar "manufacturer"
I've been dealing with this company on and off for over a year. Previously we've had to wait for quantities as low as 100, because they held no stock. As we are now moving into quantity production, I gave them notice in October that we were going to order 500 in January. It's now January, and ... they don't have the stock. In their defense, the company replied - "Pls note we received 500pcs order from ... on January 16th and the order payment received on Jan 18th. So how shall we start production two months in advance?" MOST companies would forecast demand and manufacture for stock. My company starts production more than two months in advance, and it's just as well we did, or BuyDisplay would have seriously disrupted our business. I am now seriously worried about this "manufacturer", if indeed it is one. It sounds like they need to get the money first, then scurry off to the ACTUAL manufacturer to order the product so they can ship it to us. I don't think we can do ongoing business with this company. They're probably ok for the hobbyist market but not for real industry.
