Order paid for and not received.
I place and order and paid for the items. I have heard nothing about my products being shipped, or when they will be shipped. I emailed the customer care team and the response was: "we are seeing an increase in tickets and doing their best to get back to me as soon as they can". I went to the site to check delivery info and the site responded "your delivery information is not available." If it has been more than 48 hours, contact customer care. it's been way more than 48 hours and I can not get a response.
