Absolutely frustrating.
I bought my girlfriend a mask from this place. Big mistake. The shipping address and billing address were different because we're in a long distance relationship (I live in America and she lives in Canada). The company sent me an email saying they will need a photo ID or a photo of my credit card because the addresses were different and they thought I was a fraud. Of course, I didn't comply because sending photos of my stuff seemed sketchy but I told them the situation (I live in America, she lives in Canada) which explained why the addresses were different. I told them to cancel the order altogether because my girlfriend and I didn't want to deal with it. Well, they emailed me back saying it was OK and that they would continue my order. I was then under the impression that they would send it to my girlfriend. They didn't. They shipped it to my damn address instead. What's even better is that the mask never came in. I haven't a clue where it is and I had even gotten a confirmation saying it delivered. Needless to say, this company is extremely frustrating and not worth your time.
