Well thank you for the prompt reply from redbus abort my comments and request and had given the necessary details documents as requested but till today more then 2 weeks there are NO feedback. The reply is it for formalities or what.
Book 3 ticket online from klia2 to taiping on 29.12.18 travelling on 15.3.19 on your redbus wedsite.Follow the usual instruction on purchasing and after paying and deduct the money from my card , received sms saying booking cannot be process and refund will take 7 working days but till today nearly a month no respond eventhough had written to your support redbus team and even telephone.Money paid but no ticket.
