FCPX Disintegrate Crash
After purchasing the FCPX Disintegrate plugin from Pixel Film Studios, I was having a number of problems with the software crashing on my computer. I reached out to Pixel and they helped me try to identify the problem by email. Later, I ended speaking directly with one of their developers named Colin who was very helpful and took the time to look in to what was causing the problem. While not everything was solved in the end, to no fault of Colin, I was very impressed with their customer service.
