I only put one star as there is no zero. Worst company cannot trust. False advertise product then do not refund or exchange. Most items broken and faulty. Some items had missing beads. Has been a month trying to resolve and they are very rude. Will not even forward my complaint to manager to resolve. Now they are not responding after they promised to refund. Then they keep changing their responses. And not responding at all. . Please do not get caught up in this scam of a business I am in process of reporting to all consumer law corporations for failure to comply with consumer laws.
