Warranty Resolution
I took delivery of our new Rangemaster oven but noticed a couple of things that need rectifying under warranty. I spoke to Agata in the Customer Services Team who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She processed everything efficiently and within a couple of hours I had been contacted to book a time for an engineer to come out. I am confident the small issues will be resolved and am impressed with the way it has been dealt with.
