Quality product and superior company
I had an issue with my purchase and initiated an exchange. I cannot stress how hesitant I was about my exchange. After contacting Boll and Branch, not only did they resolve my issue, but I felt so much better about the situation. They provide excellent customer service and actually care about your satisfaction. Not many companies can make that claim anymore! I will continue to be a customer and pass along to all I know about this company. They sell a superior product and stand behind it 100%.
