Route and pickup point not updated
Route and pickup point not updated. Actual pick up point was one kilometre ahead of the one shown on the map. Live tracking of the bus continued to show the wrong pickup point. Thankfully I checked with the agency nearby who confirmed that the bus won’t be coming there. I called the conductor who confirmed the actual pickup point and thanks to a passerby who dropped me on his scooter that I was able to catch the bus. Redbus and Prasanna Purple should update the route to avoid such inconveniences that could actually result in someone missing their bus.
